Respondent is not appearing in the matter. Part arguments heard. Perusal of the record shows that cutting of the original newspaper whereby respondent was statedly served is not on record. Let the same be placed on record before the next date of hearing.
Record further reveals that an affidavit has been filed on behalf of Delhi Development Authority stating that Mr. Subhash Chand is the owner of the premises in question. Let the bank respond to this affidavit as well before the next date.
List on 20.02.2023 for hearing. In the meanwhile, let appellant make another effort to serve the respondent by all permissible modes, including affixation of notice at the last known address of the respondent.
