I.A. No. 770/2022
This is an application for early hearing. Ld. Counsel for appellant states that he does not press early hearing application and request for issue notice on the application for waiver of pre-deposit. Accordingly, I.A. No. 770/2022 for early hearing is dismissed for not being pressed.
Issue notice on the waiver application (I.A. No. 665/2022) and in appeal to the respondents by all permissible modes for 24.01.2023. However, notice in the appeal shall be subject to the orders to be passed on the waiver application after hearing the opposite counsel.
