THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 had filed their opposition against the Appeal. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 prays for and granted three weeks’ time for filing opposition with advance copy to the Appellant. Appellant may file the rejoinder against the opposition filed by the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as well as Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 within four weeks from today.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prayed for an interim order to the extent that the operation of the impugned order may be stayed subject to payment of the remaining amount by the Appellant on their own risk. But there is no such
application on record. Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for granting liberty to file the Application which shall be dealt with in accordance with law in due course.
