This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Parties have been heard at length. During the arguments it has come to the notice that the appellants have not filed any application seeking waiver of further 25% pre-deposit. Let the appellants file a detailed application for the same with advance copy to the counsel for the respondent bank.
There are two applications filed by the appellants, one seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal and the other for placing certain additional documents on record. Learned respondent submits that he has not been furnished with the copy of the application for placing on record the additional documents. Let copy of the same be furnished to him.
Replies to the applications be filed within seven days and rejoinders thereto, if any, be filed within seven days thereafter.
