This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
The learned counsel for respondent has pointed out that there are two applications pending one of which is for condonation of delay (I.A. No.605/2018) of 21 days in filing the appeal. She also states that one of the respondents, i.e. respondent no.2 has not yet been served. The learned counsel for the appellant informs that the other application (I.A. No.176/2020) is for deletion of respondent no.2 as he was not a party before the DRT.
Put up these two applications for consideration on 18.07.2002.
