The present misc. application has been filed by the applicant for release of amount deposited before the Registrar on the ground that the entire amount, which is due, has been recovered by the Bank from auction of the secured asset.
Let notice be issued to the respondent by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the applicant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
