The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent has filed a reply stating that the total amount payable by the Appellant as on 10.09.2022 is Rs.58,36,224/-. The Appellant has already paid Rs. 12.28 Lakhs as directed by the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay, which is to be considered as a deposit under Sec. 21 of the RDB Act.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank is directed to file a statement of account pertaining to the outstanding amount as on the date of filing of the Appeal with an advance copy to the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant.
