The counsel for the Respondent submits that the reply has been filed today and that the delay in the filing of the reply may be condoned.
The reply was earlier directed to be filed within four weeks and again it was directed to file within two weeks with no further adjournment Vide order dated 19.09.2022. However, since the reply has already been filed today the learned counsel seeks indulgence to receive the reply out of time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I find that the reply has to be accepted but on payment of cost. The cost of ₹5000/- shall be paid to the D.R.T.- Bar Associates for the purchase of books and periodicals, within two weeks.
Post on 02.02.2023 for hearing.
