Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that appellant has deposited a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- as per the order dated 21.01.2022 of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and he has been granted protection by the Hon’ble High Court. It is further submitted that the Hon’ble Court has also ordered to keep the amount in FD. Let Registry ensure the compliance of the order of the Hon’ble High Court.
List the matter for disposal on 16.03.2023.
In case of urgency, both the parties are at liberty to approach this Tribunal for early hearing.
