This Application has been filed seeking substitution of Respondent No.1 Bank in view of amalgamation of Corporation Bank with Union Bank of India.
Heard the Learned Counsel for both the sides and perused the records.
Respondent has no objection in allowing the IA.
Considering the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of the Petition, IA-508/2021 is allowed.
Appellants are directed to carry out amendment and to file an amended copy of Appeal Memorandum.
