It is submitted that Appellant is a septuagenarian and also is suffering from Parkinson’s disease.
There is no representation for Respondent Bank.
Learned counsel for Appellant submits that there was an interim order of protection from dispossession till March 31,2022 granted by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay by order dated 03.03.2022 in the Writ Petition No. 7325/2021, therefore, this interim stay of the proceedings from dispossession shall be extended for one month within which period both sides shall get ready for hearing.
Post on 09.06.2022 for hearing, till then there will be interim stay.
