Steps not taken against R1 Bank. Advocate for appellant sought further time on the ground that Officer of first appellant company is sick. When Tribunal asked how long he has been sick, advocate for appellant represented that he is not aware. This matter is coming for taking steps from 12.4.2021. Hence, I am not inclined to grant any further time for taking steps. Appeal RA 29/2016 is dismissed for not taking steps against R1 Bank.
