This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Vide order dated 21.09.2017, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court had referred the matter to EOW of Delhi Police to conduct investigation against the borrowers in view of the fact that forged title documents appeared to have been used for taking loans from two banks, under the supervision of this Tribunal. Consequent to the said order, status report regarding progress of investigation has been filing from time to time. The last report so filed is of 01.01.2021 and thereafter no status report appears to have been filed. In these circumstances, issue notice to the Additional Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Delhi Police for his personal appearance on the next date of hearing.
