Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is marriage in the house of Shri D. N. Awasthi, therefore, he prays for adjournment.
The office report dated 25.11.2022 shows that neither reply has been filed on behalf of the Bank nor rejoinder has been filed by the counsel for the appellant. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which the matter shall be listed for hearing and opportunity for filing reply shall stand closed as the appeal is of year 2017.
