Respondent No.1, a company, was being represented by an Official Liquidator. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the O.L. has been discharged.
Under the circumstances, the Appellant shall take the necessary steps to serve the Company.
The Appellant Bank has challenged the decree in favour of the company wherein the Bank is directed to pay compensation and, therefore, the Respondents insist that the Appellant will have to pay the mandatory pre-deposit u/s 21 of the RDDB&FI Act for entertaining its Appeal.
The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits no instructions and states she is no longer representing that Respondent and has filed a Pursis.
