Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks time to file Affidavit with a detailed statement regarding to the properties which the Bank has sold subsequent to the disposal of the O.A. Such a statement is required for deciding the application for waiver of predeposit. Call with the cross Appeal No. 62/2010.
The Appellant shall file the above Affidavit within three weeks with copy to other side, positively.
The Appellant is directed to take immediate steps to substitute Respondent Bank, Corporation Bank, with Union Bank of India, with which it has merged.
