THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. 165 of 2018
This application is for condonation of 139 delay in filing the appeal against judgment dated 16th May, 2018 passed by Learned DRT-2, Hyderabad. It appears that Respondents are served; neither they appeared on the date fixed nor any objection is filed against the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. Ground taken in the application is that the brief got misplaced in the office of the Learned Counsel. Since no objection is filed by the Respondent, I find the ground to be sufficient for condoning the delay. Delay is condoned.
