Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Appellant and Respondent No.1.
Appellant has filed an application for amendment and substitution of the first Respondent, Corporation Bank, with Union Bank of India since which has been merged with Union Bank of India.
Certain defects raised by Registry are not sustainable because the application is regarding formal amendment. Other defects have to be cured and them application will be taken on file.
Post on 25.05.2022 before Registrar for compliance.
