Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal is maintainable, as there is limited scope in the CPC. The matter before this Tribunal is under section 20 of the RDB Act and any order passed by the Tribunal below is appealable.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that since the order under challenge is passed in review application, therefore, the appeal is not maintainable, hence he prays for time to file reply. Let the reply be filed by the next date.
