Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the multiple cause of action has been made amongst the persons, who are not even connected with each other, therefore, the proceeding before the Tribunal below can not be sustained. It is further contended that the matter has been fixed before the Tribunal below on 30.11.2022 and the Tribunal below is proceeding with the matter.
As other cases have been finally heard today and judgment is to be dictated, therefore, it is not possible for the present matter to be taken up for arguments today. Let the matter be posted for hearing on 17.02.2023. In the meantime, the Tribunal below may proceed with the matter, but the final order may not be passed till the next date of hearing.
