Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the loan account has been closed, regarding which ‘no dues certificate dated 19.12.2022’ has also been issued by the Bank, copy of which has been produced before this Tribunal and the same is taken on record. Therefore, it is prayed that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Since the matter has been settled between the parties and ‘no dues certificate’ has been issued by the Bank, therefore, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
