Received an application under section 20(3) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 presented by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Koushik Bhatta.

The application has been filed on behalf of Abhishek Jayaswal against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata, order dated 22-03-2022 in IA/2620/2021 & IA/2622/2021 arising out of OA/124/2016.
