The Application at I.A. No. 372/2022 is only a formal application for bringing the Official Liquidator on record as a party because 1st Respondent Company has been ordered to be wound up. The Official Liquidator has been served and a counsel appears who has no objection to allowing the application.
The application shall, therefore, be numbered and the objection with regard to non-service of a notice on the Respondent No.4 is dispensed with because Respondent No.4 is the District Magistrate, and there is no requirement for serving notice on the District Magistrate since there is no relief sought against Respondent No.4. The necessary amendment shall be carried out within two weeks before the Registrar.
The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that Respondent No.3 is more. Hence steps shall be taken to

bring on record the Legal Heirs, if any, of the deceased Respondent.
Reply of Respondents shall also be filed. The learned counsel for the Appellant is directed to serve copies of the applications and the Appeal Memo on learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 since he submits that he has not received the same. Post on 08.09.2022 before Registrar for compliance.
