This Appeal arises from an interlocutory order dated 24.04.2015 in S.A. No. 109/2014 on the files of D.R.T., Aurangabad. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that S.A. No. 109/2014 has itself been disposed of consequent to the settlement arrived at between the parties on 23.09.2021. Hence, the Appeal is intended to be withdrawn.
Resultantly, the Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
