This matter is posted today under the caption of ‘dismissal’.
From 25.8.2021, this matter has been coming up for taking steps against Respondent No.2 bank. In spite of that, till today no steps are taken and representation of advocate for appellant is that application is sent for signature and sought for further time.
Despite granting time of more than one year, no interest is evinced by appellant just for taking steps against R2 bank. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any further time and appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
