None appeared for State Bank of India. There was also no appearance for Appellant Bank for last several hearings. Respondent No.4 is Allahabad Bank which has since merged with Indian Bank and is represented by a Counsel. Vide order dated 07.04.2022 the Appellant was directed to take steps, within two weeks, to amend the cause title pertaining to the 4th Respondent, but no steps have been taken. It appears that the Appellant is not keen on proceeding with the Appeal.
The learned counsel for Respondent No.4 submits that probably because the S.A. No. 85/2012 has been disposed of by D.R.T., Nagpur, the Appellant is not interested in proceeding with the Appeal. In view of the above submission and in view of the fact that the Appellant is continuously absent for last several hearings, the Appeal is dismissed for default.
All Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous.
