This Appeal has been filed with a delay of 51 days. Applicant has stated some reasons for delay in filing Appeal.
Though Respondents were served, none appeared.
Heard learned counsel for Applicant.
I have gone through the submissions made by the Applicant in the application for condonation of delay and the accompanying Affidavit which appears to be acceptable and no prejudice will be caused to the Respondents. The Respondents have also not appeared to raise their objections to the application for condonation of delay.
In view of above, application is allowed and the delay of 51 days in filing present Appeal is condoned.
Applicant is directed to take a fresh notice on Respondents. Post on 21.04.2022 before Registrar for service.
