Learned counsel for the appellant files affidavit of service and draws the attention of this court to the earlier order dated 17.03.2020 stating that the respondent had put in appearance through Shri Kushagra Dixit, Advocate, which has been noted in the said order and had also filed his vakalatnama and sought time to file reply. Thereafter, he chose not to appear. It is thus contended that the respondent has duly been served.
It appears that name of the aforesaid counsel has not been shown in the cause list. Let his name be shown in the cause list on the date fixed.
