This application is filed seeking withdrawal of money deposited under Section 21 of RDDB & FI Act in compliance of order dated 16.12.2019 in IA 912/2019 (Waiver) at the time of entertaining the appeal.
Advocate for appellant submitted that matter is settled between parties under OTS and in pursuance of the same appeal is withdrawn on 8.7.2022, therefore, appellant is entitled for refund of money deposited under Section 21 of RDDB & FI Act. Other side has not filed any counter nor objected for the relief claimed in the application.
Considering the same, application is allowed, as prayed for.
