Learned counsel for Appellant seeks time to file I.A. for amendment in the cause title because Appellant has to be substituted in consequence to the Assignment. It is submitted that application has already been filed which is having some defects.
The learned counsel for Appellant is directed to cure the defects at the earliest.
The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 shall file reply, if any, on M.A. No. 661/2019 which is an application for setting aside the ex-parte order within four weeks.
Post on 26.08.2022 reply / hearing.
