It is reported by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants that the first Appellant expired on 08.02.2022 and the second Appellant is the legal heir of the first Appellant. There are other legal heirs sought to be impleaded and an application is being filed to that effect but it is seen that the application has certain defects which have been pointed out by the Registry.
The defects shall be cured expeditiously and the application, be posted for consideration on being numbered.
Post on 24.01.2023 for hearing.
