The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Bank seeks time to get specific instructions from the Respondent Bank.
After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant for some time, I find that urgent reliefs are sought and, therefore, the proceedings pending before the Ld. Recovery Officer, D.R.T.-II, Ahmedabad, in Recovery Proceeding No. 403/2016 shall not be proceeded with until further orders.
The Respondent is at liberty to file a reply, with an advance copy to the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant.
The question of the quantum of Court Fees shall be determined by the Registrar as per the order dated 06.09.2022.
Post on 12.09.2022 for reply/hearing.
