THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned Counsel submits that vide Notification dated 4th of March, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, New Delhi, under the Amalgamation Scheme of 2020, United Bank of India amalgamates with the Punjab National Bank.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the array of parties within three days. Thereafter, fresh notices be sent to Respondent No. 1 and 2 and file Affidavitof-service be filed before the next date of listing.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title within seven days.
I.A. 215 of 2021 stands disposed of.

This is an application for substitution of LRs, being Rabin Talukdar, son and Rita Baruah, daughter of Respondent No. 1, Smt. Monomati Talukdar, who died during pendency of the appeal.

Learned Counsel for Appellant is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the appeal by impleading the added Respondents within a week. Notices to the proposed LRs be sent and affidavit-of-service to that effect be filed within two weeks. Added Respondents may file objections within three weeks thereafter with advance copy to the Appellant. Rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date of listing.
