Present: Shri Himanshu Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Shri Shashank Pathak, counsel for the appellant,
Shri Arnab Banerji, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the official liquidator, Delhi High Court and submits that the copy of memo has not been served upon him. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same upon him within 24 hours, who may file reply by the next date.
