On submissions made by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Respondents across the bar, I am made to understand that the S.A. No. 40/2021 on the files of D.R.T.-I Mumbai is coming up for a final hearing. The Appellant has approached this Tribunal aggrieved with the observations made in the interlocutory order which is impugned.
The Appeal is disposed of with the direction to the Ld. P.O., D.R.T.-I, Mumbai to dispose of the S.A. No. 40/2021 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within the period of four months of the date of receipt of the order of this Tribunal untrammelled by whatever is discussed and mentioned on the merits of the case in the impugned interlocutory order.
The status quo shall continue till the disposal of the S.A.
