THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Counter affidavit is filed by Respondent today; copy whereby has been served upon the Appellant. On 6th April, 2022 it was specifically ordered that counter affidavit should be filed within three weeks with advance copy to the Appellant, which has not been complied with.
Copy of the counter affidavit shall be taken on record subject to payment of Rs.2000.00 (Rupees two thousand) as costs to be paid to State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal, City Civil Court Building, 1st Floor, 2 & 3, Kiran Shankar Roy Road, Kolkata – 700 001 within fifteen days and file receipt with the Registry.
