THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Request is made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant for adjournment which is opposed by the Respondents. Opposition to Appeal is filed by the Bank. Rejoinder if any, be filed within a period of two weeks. As per the orders of the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court passed in C.O. No. 1341 of 2021 and order dated 29th June, 2022 appeal is to be decided
expeditiously. Record shows that pleadings are complete except for the rejoinder to be filed by the Appellant.
List on 16th November, 2022 for re-hearing of Appeal as well as waiver application. It is made clear that no adjournment shall be granted on the date fixed. If any adjournment is sought, appeal shall be disposed of on merits.
