Present: None for the appellant, Shri Alok Rai, counsel for the respondent no. 1,
Pursuant to the earlier order dated 25.04.2022, the appellant was directed to serve the notice upon the remaining respondents, but no tracking report has been filed to authenticate the service upon them. The aforesaid order also shows that the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution and now it has been restored to its original number vide order dated 10.11.2021.
The office report dated 23.11.2022 shows that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant. As last opportunity, let the notice be issued to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file reply. Let the same be filed by the next date.
