Learned counsel for appellants states that though the learned DRT had reserved order on an interlocutory application moved by the auction purchaser, however, it has dismissed the appellants’ S.A. itself.
Issue notice in the appeal by all permissible modes for 05.12.2022. This notice is, however, subject to the order to be passed on the aspect of the waiver of pre-deposit.
