M.A. No. 561/2012 is an application filed by the Appellant to condone the delay of 2159 days in filing the Appeal. This Tribunal vide order dated 21.08.2015 allowed the M.A. on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.5.00 lacs towards the token of his debt within four weeks.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant does not know whether he has deposited the amount or not. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank also is not sure whether the said amount has been deposited.
I cannot go through the orders of this Tribunal to find out whether the said deposit has been made or not.
Therefore, the Registry is directed to put a note before the Tribunal as to whether the amount of Rs.5.00 lacs has been deposited or not within the stipulated time.
Post on 25.07.2022 for hearing.
