These two applications are filed to condone delay in filing restoration application and to restore appeal, which was dismissed for non prosecution.
As both sides are ready to proceed with main appeal, considering the reasons stated in the application and without prejudice to the rights of both parties, both applications are allowed and appeal RA 191/2018 is restored.
As per orders in IA 437/2021 (Restoration), appeal is restored.
