THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
During the course of the hearing Learned counsel for the Respondent namely M/s shree Shyam Tech India Private Limited submitted that Respondents are willing to ready to pay sum of Rs.85.00lacs + 26.00 lacs for the two properties which are under auction sale and also under this appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellants prays for and granted time to seek instruction as to whether the appellant is willing to ready and accept the proposal of the Respondents.
