No representation for R2 and R3. As seen from proceedings, on 2.2.2018 advocate Shri A. Arun Anbumani undertook to file vakalath for R2 & R3 and on 27.12.2018 advocate Shri K. Puruandhara Raju appeared for R2 & R3 and matter was again listed for vakalath of R2 & R3 on 20.2.2019. Though sufficient time was granted, vakalath for R2 & R3 was not filed. Thereafter, nothing is recorded about R2 & R3.
Considering the same, as neither vakalath is filed nor any representation is made on behalf of R2 & R3, they are called absent and set ex parte.
