DEBTS RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL, DELHI
Appeal No. 183/2019 Arising out of S.A. No. 63/2018 (DRT, Jaipur)
Mahendra Singh Vs Bank of Baroda
25.05.2022 Hon’ble Mr. Justice Brijesh Sethi
Present: None for the appellant.
Mr. Pankaj Vivek, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank.
This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Ld. Counsel for the Respondent states that the matter has become infructuous as prayer in the present appeal was not to handover the possession of the property to the Auction Purchaser. However, the bank has already handed over the possession of the property to the Auction Purchaser on 04.10.2019.
The appellant has not appeared today. In these circumstances, the present appeal is dismissed in default.
However, in case the appellant has any grievance, he is at liberty to approach this Tribunal for revival of the present appeal.
