Ld. Counsel, Ms. Ranjana Seal is present on behalf of appellants and submits that they are yet to serve summon upon respondent as they could not traced out copy of paper book at their end. However, she submits that they will apply for certified copy of the appeal memo and serve the same to the respondent.
Ld. Counsel, Mr. Jayabrata Basu Ray is present on behalf of sole respondent and files vakalatnama. Ld. Counsel, submits that they have not received any appeal memo and other documents till date.
Appellant is yet to submit affidavit of service as mentioned of order dated 29.07.2022 despite of 3rd round of listing for filing affidavit of service.
Post the matter on 08-12-2022 for before the Hon’ble Chairperson for direction.
