Appellant had earlier filed an application on Lodging No. 2133/2019 for substitution of the Appellant, Dena Bank on the ground that it has merged with Bank of Baroda, but that application was rejected by the Ld. Registrar for non-curing of the defects pointed by the Registry.
Learned counsel for Appellant seeks further time to file appropriate application.
The said application shall be filed within two weeks.
Post on 11.05.2022 before Registrar.
