Counsel for the Respondent is directed to furnish the details of legal representatives to the counsel for the Appellant and the steps shall be taken expeditiously within the stipulated time
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 that he has no instruction from the first Respondent and is withdrawing the Vakaltnama. The pursis to that effect is filed. The first Respondent is granted time to engage another counsel.
