THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
At the very outset it would be relevant to mention that the parties in other two appeals, being Appeal No. 157 of 2018 and Appeal No. 158 of 2018, are also same.
In the instant appeal, Appeal No. 159 of 2018, which is preferred against the judgment and order passed by Learned DRT, Visakhapatnam in S.A. 70 of 2005 on 30th May 2018 is under challenge before the Hon’ble High Court Judicature at Hyderabad wherein on 17th July, 2018 an order was passed to maintain status quo as regards possession in relation to the property sold by the Andhra Bank. It was further directed not to register the sale certificate.
In such circumstances, it would be appropriate that the matter should be heard after the writ petition is decided by the Hon’ble High Court.

At this stage Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he may be permitted to file rejoinder in all the three appeals and further he may be permitted to address on this point.
