The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants did not take out an application for amendment with regard to the first Respondent Gruh Finance Ltd. which has merged with Bandhan Bank. The counsel submits that the application for substitution is being filed today and that the delay may be condoned.
The application shall be received by the Registry if it is in order. Post on 15.02.2023 for hearing.
