I.A. No. 648/2022
The present application has been filed by the appellant FI to stay the operation of final order dated 21.07.2022 whereby Ld. DRT quashed the demand notice issued by appellant FI and directed to restore the possession of the property.
Ld. Counsel for appellant FI submits that contempt petition is filed before Ld. DRT-Jaipur by the respondent which is listed today. It is submitted that in the main appeal the respondent has accepted the notice however, it has refused to accept the notice of the application.
Heard. The Ld. DRT-Jaipur is directed not to proceed with the contempt proceedings till the next date. Let the applicant FI serve the notice of I.A. No. 648/2022 upon respondent by all permissible modes for 02.11.2022.
